At ANTRACIT, we build on the solid foundations of mutual trust and respect.

Our story

ANTRACIT emerged from the HSF System construction group as a response to the need to create facilities for its own employees in Ostrava and Žilina, and also to the owners‘ tendency to say “yes” to new and diverse opportunities. In the initial years, it focused primarily on the construction of industrial buildings in Ostrava, Žilina, and Senec.

Over time, ANTRACIT expanded into other locations and projects of various types, thereby strengthening its property portfolio across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Today, we offer a wide range of projects, including not only commercial and logistics buildings but also residential and administrative buildings.
