We Have Acquired the Former Hotel Palace Complex

After more than a year of effort, we have successfully completed the acquisition of the former Hotel Palace complex in Ostrava by purchasing 100% of the business shares in the companies of the previous owners. This acquisition includes taking over the current student housing project, Kampus Palace, along with its operations. Additionally, we are preparing a complete reconstruction of the remaining part of the complex. Our goal is to create compact rental apartments primarily suitable for students, young families, and seniors, while also establishing new commercial spaces to expand civic services. The individual areas will be developed in phases, with the entire project scheduled for completion no later than 2030.
