Renovation of the Dvořák´s villa planned

Explore the newly released visualizations of the common spaces, the street view of the villa, and the potential interior of one of the seven apartments in our new residential project located in the historic center of Ostrava. Dvořák Villa, at the corner of Dvořák and Přívozská streets, will undergo complete renovation and expansion. Originally built in 1895 as a family residence with a unique garden, the villa has been abandoned for years and is in poor condition. The original villa will be preserved but entirely renovated and expanded, creating a new residential complex that not only restores the historical beauty of this building but also adapts it to contemporary standards of modern living. The winning design by Studio Ark is currently being further developed, and documentation for the joint permit is underway. Construction could begin within a year.
